How numino collects, uses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

01Person in charge of the protection of personal information
Jonathan Parent, founder of numino, is responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question, request or complaint, reach him through our contact form and choose the “Privacy and personal information” topic.
02Information we collect
We only collect what you send us through our forms:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type and message.
- Reservation form: organization name, sector, number of participants, contact name, email, phone (optional), comfort level with Claude, main challenge, availability and questions (optional).
To protect our forms from bots, Google's reCAPTCHA service analyzes some browsing data (IP address, browser type, interactions with the page). As with any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address in order to display the pages. Our typefaces are hosted on our own domain: no data is sent to an external font service.
We do not collect any sensitive information and we do not use any analytics or advertising tools.
03Why we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up on it.
- To organize the training (cohorts, dates, preparation), if you reserve a seat.
- To protect the site and forms against spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
04Consent
By submitting a form, you consent to your information being used for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time through our contact form.
05Our service providers
Your information is only shared with the providers needed to run the site:
- Google Cloud and Firebase: site hosting, submissions database (located in Montréal, Canada) and email delivery.
- Google Workspace: our email service, where your messages are received.
- Google reCAPTCHA: checks that submissions come from a person. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Some of these providers may process information outside Québec, including in the United States. Before choosing them, we assessed these transfers and we make sure the information receives adequate protection, notably through these providers' contractual data protection commitments.
06Retention
- Submissions stored in our database are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Emails we receive are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request and our business relationship, then deleted no later than two years after our last exchange.
07Security
Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Our database only accepts new submissions: no one can read them from the site. Submissions are checked against bots, and access to our accounts is protected by two-step verification.
08Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use any analytics or advertising cookies. On pages with a form, reCAPTCHA and Firebase App Check may set cookies or store a token in your browser, solely to check that submissions come from a person.
09Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access the information we hold about you and get a copy of it, including in a structured, commonly used technological format;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
- withdraw your consent or ask for it to be deleted;
- ask for details about how we use it.
Write to us through our contact form and choose the “Privacy and personal information” topic. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
10Confidentiality incidents
We keep a register of confidentiality incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned as soon as possible.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page; any significant change will be noted here.
